Brewster Strong: Strength in Every Step

March is personal.
My grandfather was a Marine. His favorite color was forest green. He believed in discipline, structure, and using your body with intention. He taught me that strength doesn’t always shout. Sometimes it shows up quietly — consistently.
Brewster Strong is my way of honoring that. This March, I’m hosting weekly community wellness walks under the name Brewster Strong.

Not as a bootcamp. Not as a performance. But as a commitment to movement with purpose.
The first walk is:
March 7, 2026 | 9AM
Reedy Creek Park – Lot 4
1–2 Mile Guided Community Walk
Half-Mile Option Available
All Paces & Ages Welcome
Free & Open to All
Strength in every step.
The forest green in this flyer represents more than a color. It represents grounding. Legacy. Resilience.

The shared photos are of my grandfather’s headstone — forest green — and the flowers I sculpted for him. And a photo from my UNC Charlotte graduation, where his discipline helped shape the woman I became.
This is not about turnout. It's about tradition.
If you’ve been looking for a reason to move — let this be it.
Walk with discipline. Move with purpose.
